How We Source Our Coffee
With the help of our expert green coffee buyers we select some of the best coffee beans available on the market. By working with the best, we ensure our coffees are grown ethically and sustainably. We currently only work with importers of fine specialty green coffee. They work with the best farms around the world.
How We Roast Our Coffee
We currently roast in a 25kg Probat at the Tate Britain. The museum hires out their state of the art roaster to help small coffee companies. Every roast supports their museums and galleries. The preparation of the coffee in our espresso bars is the final step of a long chain and we give it the respect it deserves.
PASTRIES & CAKES
Every morning we get a fresh batch of cakes and pastries delivered to our espresso bars. We source from fantastic local suppliers and have a great variety to go along nicely with our coffees.
We are proud to be partners with The Flour Station. "Over the years they have developed a range of award-winning sourdough breads, cakes & pastries, inspired by traditional techniques & classic flavours. All of their products are handmade, using truly authentic baking methods & top-quality, natural ingredients."
Every day we prepare a delicious selection of sandwiches in-house. We source our ingredients from the top restaurant suppliers in London. Our bagels have become extremely popular with our customers.
We also offer a selection of salads and protein pots freshly prepared each day by our talented team.
Handpicked Wine and Beers
Every evening our espresso bars turn into cosy candlelit bars. We have a small but fantastic selection of wine and beers.
We make a selection of classic cocktails in our bars. They are carefully selected using the finest spirits.
